These terms cover your use of Kommet, a platform where commissioners hire independent artists to make original work. By using Kommet you agree to them.

You sign in through a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for everything done through your Kommet account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Commissions
Kommet is the venue for a commission, not a party to it. The agreement is between the commissioner and the artist. Each commission has its own scope, price, and delivery schedule, agreed between those two people before work starts.

Artists keep copyright in what they create unless a commission agreement transfers it in writing. Commissioners receive the usage rights stated in that agreement and no more. Uploading work to Kommet grants us only the limited licence needed to store it, display it to the people entitled to see it, and deliver it to the commissioner.

You agree not to use Kommet to:
- Upload work you do not have the rights to, or pass off someone else's work as yours.
- Post unlawful content, or content sexualising minors.
- Harass or threaten another user.
- Circumvent the platform to avoid fees, or take payment outside an agreed commission.
- Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Remove watermarks or otherwise defeat the protections applied to undelivered work.
Content moderation
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a way to respond.
Availability
We work to keep Kommet available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before a change that materially affects work in progress.
Termination
You may stop using Kommet and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Commissions already in progress remain subject to the agreement between the artist and the commissioner.
